Faktatieto jäsenmääristä v. 2025 (Filatelisti 01/2025), verraten STT:n kautta uutisoidut "uskomukset" v. 2022 Epämiellyttäviä totuuksia Päivitys: Filatelistissa 1/2025 uusi puheenjohtaja Hirsmäki nosti esiin huolensa yhdistysten jäsenmäärien laskusta ja jäsenten ikääntymisestä, postimerkin katoamisesta sekä niiden väärenteistä. Olen kommentoinut sitä tekstiä aiemmin (tämän kirjoituksen alla). Yllä olevassa kuvassa on esimerkki, kuinka viime vuosien auringonlaskua on yritetty selittää  auringonnousuksi vielä vuonna 2022, edellisen puheenjohtajan toimesta. Luulisi, että nimenomaan STT on tietotoimistona faktatietoon pohjaava. Siinä on referoitu haastateltavien väitteet ilman omaa taustoitusta tai lähdekritiikkiä. Muistan kuinka edellinen eronnut/erotettu jäsenlehden päätoimittaja totesi samaan henkilöön viitaten, kuinka on mahdollista "puhua totta ja valehdella yhtä aikaa". Mikä oli sitten erottamisen syy? Olisiko kenties se, että päätoimittaja julkaisi lehdessä allek...
